The search continues, scientist are still looking for new and inexpensive ways to deliver insulin into the blood stream is one important avenue for tackling the diabetes epidemic that is sweeping our nation and the world. The preferred option for many patients would be an insulin pill taken orally. But studies have long shown that insulin is easily broken down by the digestive system and that any surviving hormone is not easily absorbed into the bloodstream from the gut. An insulin inhaler made it as far as the US market in 2006, but was withdrawn a year later because it wasn't cost effective. rodents got their new treatment in liquid form, "but chewing gum would be a better delivery method in humans" said "the team" Chewing would ensure a plentiful supply of saliva, providing the protein needed for the insulin to make its way into the bloodstream.therefore this is something that i wold invest in as new and upcoming thing

Ray, that seems like a really cool idea, and it looks like it would work. Im sure people that need insulin would much rather chew gum instead of taking pills. Because you covered everything on this topic you can find some side affects of chewing gum at:

This is a great thing to show how to takle diabetes. Did you know that most patients as it seem obvious, would perfer taking medicatin orally rather than injection. But the pill is broken down too quickly by the digestive system, now the patients have there perferred option.

This is a good idea because not many people want shots or pills for insulin so gum would make it alot easier to get insulin. Also the gum and saliva would allow the insulin to get to through the digestive system without the destructon of insulin.

Ray,

I like how you discussed the various ways researchers are trying to make dealing with diabetes easier and drawbacks and advantages of certain methods of insulin delivery to the blood stream.

I think the post would have greater impact, however, if you were more careful with your grammar and punctuation to make it easier to read and understand.
